Standard Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@flowxoe.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
